This healing mandala created from the flowers and tendrils, flowers and foliage of tufted vetch is something of an anomaly. I was quite obsessed with the flowers of the diminutive tufted vetch and spent much time visiting them in a lane near where I live. The name came to me deep in the bowels of White Scar Cavern in the Yorkshire Dales.
I didn’t know what it was for, I didn’t know what the name meant. However I have since discovered that the essence of tufted vetch is a great balancer of emotions and self image. Tufted vetch brings harmony and restoration to sexual self image and aids recovery to a wholesome life of intimacy and connection.
Can you see the roe deer heads?
Mandalas are made from many separate images, often over a hundred, which are shot on location wherever the nature finds were discovered. They are then slowly combined into a mandala structure using the latest imaging technology over a number of days.
This is done in sacred space and with the intention of bringing through the healing qualities of the nature involved. Often the mandala doesn’t reveal it’s true self until the very last moment so it is a very exciting process to be a part of.
This print is made from heavyweight cotton based fine art paper using the finest archival museum quality pigment inks to ensure vibrance and longevity. If kept out of bright sun the colours will not fade at at least three generations.
To better show off the image each print is made with a white border to suit and the size refers to the overall paper dimensions.
Delivery is made in a wide diameter cardboard tube, this being the best way to ensure your sacred art reaches you in mint condition. The pieces are made to order and this process plus delivery can take up to 14 days but will usually be much less. If you need delivery for a specific date please email me and I’ll let you know what is possible.
